Since you are wanting something compatible with solar it would be best to go with a 12 volt fan like the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-07500K. This particular fan has a built in rain guard so you will able to use it even in the rain. It has a thermostatically controlled remote that will allow you to set a temperature for the fan to turn on and off. It can also be manually controlled.

If you chose to use a 120 volt Vent # V2128SP-01 you will need a Vent Cover # MA00-933066 to keep out rain if you wish to operate the fan while it is raining. Either fan will need the Install Kit # 344270KITW to seal the vent to the roof.

When you decide to use solar and go off grid I recommend using a portable system like the Goal Zero Boulder 100 Portable Solar Panel with Digital Solar Controller # GZ36YR. The portable system allows you to place the panel near your trailer where you have the most sun and to move the panel at different points in the day. You will also be able to position the trailer in the shade rather than in the sun with roof mounted panels.

We do have Lithium Batteries # GP99QR allowing you to create a lightweight battery bank. We do have a solar calculator that I have linked below which will help you determine how many panels and batteries you will need to stay remote depending on how much power you will use.
