The Ventline Roof Vent # V2128SP-01 fits in a 14-1/4" wide x 14-1/4" long roof opening, and that standard size means there are vent covers from Fan-Tastic that will work for you.
The Fan-Tastic Vent Ultra Breeze Trailer Roof Vent Cover # FVU1500WH is 23" long x 19-1/2" wide x 10-1/4" and works with standard and high-powered vents that measure 14-1/4" x 14-1/4" at the roof opening; this cover is White, but also comes in Black # DMC38FR.
