Not only that, but I get a note right after I ordered referencing a prior order (for the same thing...different trailer) and I'm saying to myself, "These folks take customer service to another level." Everything ordered was in the box and delivered intact.
Fit the old opening just fine. Easy install, I had to install backwards because of the roof slope on my A-Frame trailer.

Easy to install ( I highly recommend a good quality elastomeric caulk) the dome is a light weight plastic, had I known I would have spent more money for a heavier fiberglass unit.
Appears well made and easy to install. One of the great things is Etrailer sells repair/replacement parts so you don't have to replace the whole unit if something breaks or wears out. Nice unit and great price

This was a great vent for my family's pop up camper that was passed down the family to me. The vent cover in the middle of the camper was broke into peices and was covered up for many years. No damage was down from the rain so I was thankful. This vent is great and It was real simple to install. And works perfectly and is for sure brand new in the box. Note: it did not come with screws, so you will need to get those along with your caulk tape and caulking of your choice. The instructions calls for size #8 screws. I used 1" long self tapping screws which worked perfectly for the job.

I ordered this for our local FFA chapter, to replace the vent on their trailer. I don't know who will replace it, but I'm hoping it will fit. It looks good but I haven't taken it to them yet.

etrailer sent me exactly what I ordered. My mechanic said I didn't need the whole thing, only the cover so etrailer graciously allowed me to return the unused and unmarked items.
I bought this vent to replace the one in my Pace American cargo trailer. The only alteration needed was to trim 1/2 inch off the inside trim, my roof was thinner. I found butyl tape & sealant at Lowes to complete the job. Vent looks great & I like the knob better than the crank, doesn’t stick down to snag stuff.

1 year later I wouldn’t change a thing, works great, looks great!
Great deal, great service.
Due to packing of shipment, heavy items were put on top of vent and vent plastic was cracked
