What I'd like to know is how ETrailer got my Roof Vent stuff to me so quickly. Not only that, but I get a note right after I ordered referencing a prior order (for the same thing...different trailer) and I'm saying to myself, "These folks take customer service to another level." Everything ordered was in the box and delivered intact.

by:

Fit the old opening just fine. Easy install, I had to install backwards because of the roof slope on my A-Frame trailer.

by:

Great product, perfect product without the handle

by:

this rating is for the service, have not installed the roof vent, the service and ordering process were outstanding, i had the item in hand 3 days after placing the order. Thanks for the quick turn-around, if i need anything else for my trailer you are definitely the first choice for me

by:

Easy to install ( I highly recommend a good quality elastomeric caulk) the dome is a light weight plastic, had I known I would have spent more money for a heavier fiberglass unit.

by:

Appears well made and easy to install. One of the great things is Etrailer sells repair/replacement parts so you don't have to replace the whole unit if something breaks or wears out. Nice unit and great price

by:

So easy to install. Did it in one half hour.

After ordering the wrong one customer service was awesome and finally installing the correct one, it works great. It was easy to install too.

This was a great vent for my family's pop up camper that was passed down the family to me. The vent cover in the middle of the camper was broke into peices and was covered up for many years. No damage was down from the rain so I was thankful. This vent is great and It was real simple to install. And works perfectly and is for sure brand new in the box. Note: it did not come with screws, so you will need to get those along with your caulk tape and caulking of your choice. The instructions calls for size #8 screws. I used 1" long self tapping screws which worked perfectly for the job.

Thanks etrailer.com your fast shipping and reasonable prices, which got my camper as good as new now. I will be using you guys from now on, if anymore parts are needed in the future.

by:

These were exactly what we were looking for to replace our existing yellow speakers. Perfect fit in our 2006 Kodiak Hybrid. Quick delivery and reasonable price.

by:

Everything was great. Loved doing business with you.

by:

Trailer roof vent was of high quality and was self installed with no problems. Very pleased with etrailer.com.

by:

everything i ordered fit well with no i ssues

by:

Delivery was timely and arrived complete and intact. The Vent dome kit fit perfectly and I was able to install the assembly in a short time with excellent results. I will definitely return to e trailer for future projects.

by:

Was very pleased with the service and quick response. It got here sooner than promised and have already gotten it installed. It was used in the conversion of an enclosed utility trailer.

by:

THANK YOU FOR THE PROMPT SERVICE. ART

Received the vent faster than expected, installed is and work great! Removed the old vent and installed this unit, fits great and the screen is much better than the old one. Great price, fast delivery, installed easily.

by:

Easy installation. Great for daytime light, and ventilation.

by:

I ordered this for our local FFA chapter, to replace the vent on their trailer. I don't know who will replace it, but I'm hoping it will fit. It looks good but I haven't taken it to them yet.

by:

Came in on time and product is nice!

by:

etrailer sent me exactly what I ordered. My mechanic said I didn't need the whole thing, only the cover so etrailer graciously allowed me to return the unused and unmarked items.

by:

I bought this vent to replace the one in my Pace American cargo trailer. The only alteration needed was to trim 1/2 inch off the inside trim, my roof was thinner. I found butyl tape & sealant at Lowes to complete the job. Vent looks great & I like the knob better than the crank, doesn’t stick down to snag stuff.

1 year later I wouldn’t change a thing, works great, looks great!

by:

Great deal, great service.

by:

Due to packing of shipment, heavy items were put on top of vent and vent plastic was cracked

  • Recommendation for Trailer Roof Vent with Metal Cover
I wish we did, but the only replacement covers we offer for the # V2092SP-28 are plastic ones. If this is the vent you have then the only way to get a metal cover would be to replace the entire thing with the part # V2110SP-24.

  • Determining Vent Lid/Cover Compatible with 1984 Starcraft Pop-Up Trailer
There are many vent lid replacement options. The vent lid/cover you need will be dependent on the hinge style and the lift arm style/location. I've attached a photo to help with the hinge style options and I've attached the link to the page to all the options we carry. If you need further assistance, let us know and send a couple photos of the hinge and lift arm.

  • Where to Measure Trailer Roof When Picking Out Replacement Roof Vent
The hole size that our roof vents are designed to fit is 14 inch by 14 inch. If you measure the opening and get that figure what we have would fit. If you measure just the lid it'd be most likely right around 13-1/4 inch. This size is very popular on trailer roofs. So much so that we rarely ever see anything different. The part # V2092SP-28 is our most popular style of roof vent to fit that opening size.

  • Solution for Needing Replacement Circuit Board for V2510 Northern Breeze Roof Vent
My contact at Ventline confirmed that the issue you're having with your model V2501 Northern Breeze 12V fan is related to the controller circuit board. The switch itself is not the problem. Unfortunately, he advised that replacement circuit boards are no longer available as this item went out of production back in 2009. In this case you'll need to install a new fan assembly to replace the existing unit. The Ventline Ventadome roof vent part # V2092SP-28 that you referenced would be a...

  • Replacement Roof Vent for 1979 Jayco Pop-Up Tent Trailer
We do have many types of RV vent items you can see on the linked page including manual and fan-powered models, however, none measures 10 x 10. The vast majority of RV roof vents in use are 14 x 14-inches, like # V2092SP-28, and fit into roof openings that are generally 1/4-inch larger in each dimension, 14-1/4 x 14-1/4. If it happens that you measured the trailer's interior trim ring, or garnish, this could have the 10 x 10 dimension you noted. I know it is more challenging to remove the...

  • How to Remove an Old Roof Vent Cover
There are a few different types of roof vent covers and the type of hinge they have is going to dictate how they are removed/installed and the tools required to do so. If your Haulmark trailer has a roof vent with a continuous hinge then you will most likely need a screwdriver to remove the screen/support arm and then a pair of pliers to slide the hinge out of the track. I have attached an install video on a roof vent with a continuous hinge for you. If you can let me know what type of...

  • Roof Vent for 2005 Gulfstream Sidetrack Caravan
We do not have a part # I3T131 but I may have a solution for you. Roof vents are fairly universal. The main thing you need to know is the size, and the common standard is 14-1/4 by 14-1/4 inches. Basically, as long as you replace your current vent with one that has the same measurements it will work for you. I've linked our selection of vents for you to take a look at so you can find one that matches what you currently have.

  • Replacement Roof Vent Lid for 2007 Haulmark Trailer
I do not have any information about which particular vent Haulmark used on their trailers, but you can easily determine which replacement lid you need. The easiest way to do this would be to provide me with any manufacturer and model number information you might be able to find. With this information, I can check with the various manufacturers for a replacement lid. If you cannot find any info on the remaining vent, you will need to measure the existing vent. • Will Ventline Non-Powered Trailer Roof Vent - White, # V2092SP-28 Fit an Interstate Cargo Trailer
The Ventline Non-Powered Trailer Roof Vent - White, # V2092SP-28, will fit an opening in a trailer roof that is 14-1/4 inches square and 1-7/8 inches to 2-3/4 inches thick. If these dimensions match what is currently on your trailer, this vent should fit. Based on the research I did for this model trailer, it seems as though it does use the standard 14-1/4 inch square vent. I have included a link below to all of the vents and vent covers we carry.

  • Replacement Roof Vent Recommendation for 1989 Mallard Sprint
Most likely your 1989 Mallard Sprint uses a standard RV style roof vent like the Ventline # V2092SP-28 is designed to fit. If the opening for the vent measures right at 14 inch by 14 inch this vent will fit and work well. I attached an install video for this vent for you to check out as well.

  • How to Determine Which Replacement Vent Lid for 2005 Lowe's 6x10 Utility Cargo Trailer
It sounds like you're just needing a replacement vent lid. If just the existing lid is damaged, you can just replace the lid instead of the entire assembly. In order to determine the correct replacement vent, you'll first need to examine what's left of the old vent cover and the vent itself. Look for any brand name or part numbers. Most roof vents are made to fit an opening that is approximately 14-1/4 x 14-1/4. This size is often referred to as 14 x 14. The old vent in your trailer is...

  • Will 14" x 14" Vent Work for 13" x 13" Roof Vent Hole on 1960 Fireball Camper
It does sound like you have a standard 14" x 14" roof vent on your 1960 Fireball camper. I went out to the warehouse and measured the inside of the Ventline Ventadome Trailer Roof Vent # V2092SP-28 to find that the inside measures about 13-1/4" x 13-1/4" so it would work well for your application. This particular vent is manually operated like what likely originally came on your camper. We do have upgraded vents though that connect to power and utilize fans to help vent the air better....

The Ventline Roof Vent # V2092SP-28 is the standard size that requires a rough cut opening on the roof of your trailer of 14-1/4 inch by 14-1/4 inch. If you have a 13-3/4 inch square opening you'd need to open yours up a bit to get this to fit.

  • Replacement Trailer Roof Vent for a Ventline VB0568 Roof Vent
We do not have any vent options with the attachment for the lift on the side, they are all in the middle. But the good news is, with a complete replacement, the attachment point does not have to be the same since the entire vent is being replaced. • Choosing Correct Replacement Roof Vent Lid for Trailer
When measuring for a replacement vent lid, you will want the outside dimension of the housing that extends through the trailer roof. This dimension is typically just under 14 by 14 inches, which means that the lid you'll need would measure right about 14 x 14, or a tiny bit larger. Closely examine the remaining portion of the vent, looking for a manufacturer name or model number. • Installing Trailer Vent # V2092SP-28 on Snowmobile Trailer with 1/8 Inch Thick Roof
The garnish that is included with the V2092SP-28 is 2-1/8 inches thick, which is the shortest one offered. You can certainly use the vent, but you will have to modify the garnish or use some lumber to make a frame around the hole to take up some of the additional room. Due to the very thin roof, I would suggest making a frame as it would add some stability for the rough opening and provide a strong attachment point for the vent.
