Or can the BCD0314 be used in its place same bolt pattern, etc.? Because it looks by the picture that the BCD0314 has the plug installed.

The Ventline replacement vent motors # BCD0390-01 and # BCD0314-00 fit different models of their fan-powered trailer vents. Part # BCD0390-01 fits only Ventline vent model V2128, part # V2128SP-01. This motor has pigtail leads.
Part # BCD0314-00 fits bathroom vent models V2262 and V2244 and offers higher air output: 100 cfm versus 75 cfm for part # BCD0390-01. This motor has shorter leads with a connector.
If you can advise your vent model number we'll be glad to confirm the correct replacement motor for you.
