Thanks for the picture! That is a standard style 14 inch by 14 inch RV roof vent with a fan so you can easily replace it with the Ventline # V2128SP-01 which will fit and work well as almost an exact replacement. We have the install kit part # 344270KITW which includes a sealant and screws which would work well for you. I attached an install video for this for you to check out as well.
