Question:
We have a 2016 keystone park model 71RL. After so many calls to keystone and General RV and the requirement to bring unit in for repairs. Impossible! We had several 3 a/c repair company’s tell us. Nothing wrong. Low on 410A but it has no fill valves and you will have to get a new unit installed. Because of the other unit, 12000 btu over bed in bedroom being so noisy when it comes on, we ordered 2 mini splits Samsung units installed.wonderfull decision! Now I want to remove the 1 1/4 ton roof top unit in the living area and install a 110volt roof top power vent and then reinstall the roof Ac cover an then replace the a/c inside ceiling cover after removing the low voltage thermostat and replacing it with the proper wiring, power switch and fan speed control. Now, this is how my new expert can help me. This is how I am going to purge this coach of stale and humid air. Thank you.

I do have a solution for you, however, since the only 110V fan available, part # V2128SP-01, is a manual lift and only has one speed for the fan I don't believe it is quite what you are looking for.
Instead what I recommend using is the MaxxFan Deluxe Roof Vent # MA00-07500K which has a thermostat and comes with a remote that you can use to lift and lower the lid as well as utilize the different fan settings. Another perk to this option is that it comes with a rain cover on it so you don't have to reinstall the AC cover as the rain cover still allows you to use the fan even when it is raining outside. This unit also includes a garnish that is about 5-3/4" tall but can be trimmed to fit your specific application.
The only downside to this option is that it runs off of 12V power. This means that in order to use this fan you will have to use 16 Gauge Wire # DW02359-1 and route that to your 12V power supply.
I have attached some review videos for you to check out on this vent.
