When heavy gear or attachments weigh down the front end, steering and braking can feel unpredictable. The Timbren Front Suspension Enhancement System uses hollow rubber springs with a 14,000-lb capacity to keep your ride level and stable. These springs work with your stock suspension to resist sag and maintain proper headlight aim, even with weight up front. The result is steadier handling, better traction, and a safer drive when things get heavy.
Bumps and uneven pavement don’t have to beat up your suspension. Each Aeon rubber spring compresses progressively—soft at first for comfort, then stiffening as the load increases. This design cushions light loads but firms up under pressure to absorb road shock and prevent bottoming out. You’ll notice a smoother ride when loaded and less wear on your factory suspension over time.
When you swerve to avoid a pothole or travel with an uneven load, each Timbren spring reacts on its own to keep you steady. This independent action helps reduce body roll in turns and compensates for side-to-side weight differences. The truck feels planted through corners and steady on uneven ground, even when one side carries more weight than the other.
You don’t need a lift or air system to add serious front-end support. The Timbren kit includes vehicle-specific brackets and hardware that bolt directly in place of the factory bump stops—no drilling required. Once installed, the springs are always ready to work with your existing suspension, providing extra support automatically without compressors, airlines, or manual adjustments.

I have both the front and rear Timbres Suspension Enhacement Systems installed on my truck
Jack the truck up; simple to install, I used thread lock (red) for safety. The only problem I had was the lower control arm of my '12 Tacoma obstructed my the use a 8 mm hex wrench to tighten it past hand tight.
Work great with a little extra weight on the front end. Easy to install... out with the old in with the new.
I have to say that e-trailer has the best customer service I have ever experienced buying on line. From the time I ordered they kept me updated on the status and that made the experiance worth it.
Shipping was very quick. Install couldn't be any easier. Remove old bump stops and thread these in place. Great product.
Realized that this install will be difficult, after ordering. No online tutorials for the 2nd-gen Tacomas on how to actually get at the bolt that holds the stock unit in place. I can barely feel it. let alone get a socket on it. I suppose if I had a lift it might be easier, but it would have been nice to have some warning about this. I also ordered the rear units and they are straightforward with plenty of videos.
I'm sure I will eventually get this on somehow, maybe by hiring my local garage. Argh.
This company E Trailer is great and they kept me inform regarding the status of my front and back Timbren System for my 2013 Toyota Tundra 4 x4 Dublecab . The product was delivered and it looks great . Tomorrow I take it to a mechanic for Instal .
PERFECT FIT, took no time to install these babbies, a great suspension addition along with a front hitch/5k superwinch all from etrailer.

After towing with the TIMBREN SES system installed, I wouldn't tow any other way. I've installed these on (2) SUVs, and (2) pick ups, over the last few years and have always been impressed with the performance.
My 2019 Tacoma’s ride was a total joke until I installed the Timbren’s on my front and rear suspension. The truck rides a 100 percent better after installing the Timbren system. It was extremely easy to install. I highly recommend this product.
I installed front and rear suspension upgrades on a 2012 tundra. It made a world of improvement. While the Tundra has extreme power and a great ride it was too soft for the towing that I was doing. I would have to compare it after the Timbren upgrade to a well built one ton.
It was by far money well spent and an outstanding upgrade with great performance. I would and have recommended these Timbren upgrades to anyone needing suspension improvements. By far a great bang for your dollars spent.
These are an awesome suspension up grade. Great for beefing up a half ton. I installed front and rear timbrens on my 02 tundra and im carrying 2000 lbs. Level, no suspension sag and have had 2800 lbs on still handled ok with no droop. Down side is they ride really rough if you do alot of dirt road / off-road driving. I don't recommend those load weiights with 6 ply tires move up to 10 ply.

Ok it’s been a year since I’ve had the springs and I’m impressed. With how easy the install is and what you get out of it these are truly amazing. No more “squishy” feeling when towing my 22fy travel trailer. The ride is a little bumpy but I don’t care. I’m glad I found these.

Still going strong. The ride is a little bumpy but when I tow the truck doesn’t feel “squishy” whenever I make my turns. I’m still super happy about the product.
