Does Single Bolt On Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack Tighten Towers and Crossbars

Question:
Does 1 bolt tighten the tower to the crossbar and the tower to the roof rails simulateously, or are there separate bolts for each?

Hi Phil! Yes, that single bolt behind the allen key/lock on the Malone AirFlow2 # MAL74AR secures the towers and the crossbars. See the attached photo.

I used the Airflow 2s for a 6 ft Yakima cargo box and had no issues. They were easy to install and haven’t moved since installation.
