Which Direction Does Malone Airflow 2 Crossbar Face

Question:

We just purchased an airflow 2 setup. It is not clear from the instructions on how to orient the bar on the car, does the thin side face the front, taking the wind first, a clear installation pic would help

Hey Tom, great question but the "fat" end of the Malone AirFlow 2 part # MAL74AR faces the front of the vehicle.

If you check out the picture I attached the front of the vehicle is to the right.

Hey Tom, how did things go once you turned the thicker end of the AirFlow 2 bars toward the front of your vehicle? Sharing how that setup worked could help others get their racks aligned the right way too.

The tracks worked great once I turned them around. I will say the the rubber gaskets used to fill the open track on the under side are impossible to install , I bailed and left them off.
