Yes, the Malone AirFlow2 Roof Rack # MAL74AR can be used to carry a roof top tent on your 2023 Subaru Forester.
Just know that it has a static load rating of 350 lbs so you need to make sure that the weight of the tent and occupants doesn't exceed that.

They will carry a rooftop tent but the maximum static load for these bars is 350 lbs. So if your tent is 150 lbs, everyone who sleeps in there had better weigh 200 lbs or less combined. They admitted it to a person who posted on Reddit about their Airflow2 bars actually bending when the tent was occupied. Their rely to the person's inquiry: "The Load Capacities associated with our Airflow2/Fixed Racks: Dynamic Load Capacity - 165lbs Static/Standing Load Capacity - 350lbs" ".... we do not typically recommend it for rooftop tents." Malone seems to hide the low static rating by never mentioning it on their literature or website. They do warn that they will not honor a warranty if someone exceeds their secret load rating though. Clever lawyers they have. Please stop recommending these for carrying rooftop tents. Replacing these is costing me hundreds of dollars.
