still working as when new. I do put the white cup covers on after every use. I thnk that is important to keep the cup in good shape. The only suggestion I have is that the rail should be a aerodynamic blade style. Otherwise great product.

The manufacturer will reach out to you. When installing the bars you will want to make sure that the surface is clean and then press the pumps several times until the orange bands disappear. Make sure to check the plungers before you get into the vehicle. if you see the orange indicator bands show simply re-pump the plungers.

One year later.... Finished a complete lap of America. Drove 14,000 miles with this rack. Suction cups held a large Thule cargo box quite well. I still checked the cups every few days, but a couple of quick pumps and all was good. We even camped in Yellowstone with 15 degree temps at night. The entire rack worked well.
