Crossbar Recommendation for Added Height on a 2015 Lexus GX460 with Factory Crossbars

Have Lexus made flush rails and their own crossbar but the Yakima skybox we just bought, scraped the bottom so need a RAISED crossbar. Any help?

From the sounds of your question, it looks like you are searching for a higher roof rack with more height between the roof and the bottom of the crossbar. If that is what you are looking for, we definitely have a tall crossbar system that adds height to your setup. Although, since roof rack manufacturers generally do not test their crossbars with factory crossbar systems, we cannot definitely confirm whether crossbars designed for to fit factory flush rails will fit your rails once your crossbars are removed. This is the case with your 2015 Lexus GX460.
With that being said, you can use the SeaSucker Monkey Bars # 298-SX6000B (48" long) or # SEA99FR (60" long). With these bars, you will have about 3-1/4" of height between the roof and the bottom of the crossbar, so you don't have to worry about scraping on your roof. Since the vacuum cups attach directly to your roof, you do not need to utilize your rails. It is important to measure your flush rails to make sure that they are less than 3-1/4" so that the bars can extend over them. Since the Monkey Bars measure 1-1/4" in diameter, you can easily clamp on your Yakima SkyBox to the rack. We've had many neighbors use the Monkey Bars for exactly this purpose. I went ahead and attached a video that shows the impressive strength of the SeaSucker vacuum cups.
For theft-deterrence for the Monkey Bars, I suggest using the SeaSucker Window Cable Mount # 298-BA0010 along with the etrailer Cable Lock # e98891.
