While we do have a great roof rack option for your 2021 Toyota Sienna, I confirmed with Rhino-Rack that the Heavy-Duty Crossbars # RB1500 do not fit your naked roof. This is because Rhino-Rack has not engineered legs and a fit kit that works with your bare roof.
The absolute best and only option for mounting crossbars on your roof is the SeaSucker Monkey Bars # 298-SX6000B (48" crossbars) or # SEA99FR (60" crossbars). Since the vacuum cups of the roof rack attach directly to your bare roof, you do not need to worry about purchasing legs or a fit kit to complete the setup. The Monkey Bars come with an impressive 150-pound capacity and are compatible with most clamp-on accessories. I went ahead and attached a video that shows the true might of SeaSucker vacuum cups.
For theft-deterrence, I recommend using the SeaSucker Cable Window Anchor # 298-BA0010 along with the etrailer Cable Lock # e98891.
