Question:
Hello, I would like to put roof rack bars that go from one door to the other, on top of my 2001 Saturn 200 S series. It has no existing rack at all at this time from what I see, everything mounts to existing Side rails, which I do not have. Mine would have to mount around the roof inside the doors. My car is a four-door sedan. Please let me know if you have anything to offer. Thank you.

Hey Bret! I checked with our vendors and no one makes the kind of roof rack that mounts inside the doors for your Saturn. The only option since you don't have the rails is to use the SeaSucker Monkey Bars Roof Rack item # 298-SX6000B for 48" long bars or item # SEA99FR for 60" long bars.
The SeaSucker Monkey Bars item # 298-SX6000B and item # SEA99FR each have a 150 lbs capacity and attach to your Saturn's roof with high strength suction cups, like you see glass glazers use when they install large pieces of glass. These four suction cups have a pull strength of 1,260 lbs so they're not going anywhere once you get them installed.
I have linked a review video below so you can see the features of them demonstrated and how to get them set up.

Hey Bret, how did things go with the SeaSucker Monkey Bars on your Saturn? Those suction cups sound strong, so I’m curious how the setup held up once you got them mounted. Your feedback could really help others with cars that don’t have factory rails.
