Hi Chris; since you don't have the raised rails the only option is a universal roof rack. A van like your Nissan Quest has sliding doors which is why your typical clamp on roof rack won't work. What you can use is the SeaSucker Monkey Bars Roof Rack # SEA99FR. This uses vacuum cups to attach to your roof with a pull strength of 1,260 lbs and a weight capacity of 150 lbs. It may seem strange but it really works.
