The T-Rac Pro2 is made for serious work. With a 1,000-lb carrying capacity and 69-1/2" crossbars, it holds everything from long boards to stacked ladders without flexing. The 27-1/4" rack height keeps your cargo high enough to clear the truck bed but still easy to load. Its wide bases give each upright a solid stance, so even uneven or shifting loads stay stable without the need for extra bracing.
Built from 6000-series aluminum, the rack is strong yet lightweight, so it won’t eat into your truck’s payload. The aluminum is naturally rustproof, and Thule adds a dual-stage powder-coat finish for more protection. First comes an electrostatic e-coat that clings tight for durability, then a clear coat that resists scratches and keeps the rack looking clean even after years of use.
Each elliptical crossbar has an internal web design for added rigidity and less wind drag. Airfoil trip strips across the front edge cut down on whistling, keeping your drive quieter even when the truck bed is fully loaded. The slotted tops and bottoms let you mount tie-downs, load stops, or other accessories wherever you need them.
The Pro2 clamps directly to the truck bed rails using heavy-duty aluminum U-channel clamps—no drilling required. Just position the rack bases, torque the clamps, and it’s ready to go. The integrated toolbox mounting kit lets you add a crossover-style toolbox without drilling into the rails, using the same secure clamping system.
Eight tie-down points come standard—four load stops and four side cleats. The load stops slide and lock into place along the crossbar slots with a twist of a knob, holding ladders, lumber, or pipes tight between them. The side cleats mount on the uprights to give you extra anchor points for straps when hauling gear that sits in the bed.
