There is a ladder rack for your 2019 Chevy Silverado 1500 that comes in black, though the T-Rac Pro2 Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH37002XT is only available in its silver finish.

For a black ladder rack there is the Thule TracRac TracONE Truck Bed Ladder Rack # TH27000XTB which will look great on your truck. The TracONE does have an 800 lb capacity which is slightly less than the capacity of the T-Rac Pro2, and the TracONE does not have the Toolbox Mounting Kit incorporated in the mounting clamps but it is otherwise a very similar rack that is going to do an exceptional job of carrying your cargo.

Both of these racks will fit all bed sizes of '19 Silverado.
