I checked with Thule and confirmed they do not make a TracRac SR or TracRac G2 Sliding Ladder Rack for the 2017 Toyota Tundra Crew Max with the 5.5 ft bed. Therefore, there isn't a Base Rail fit for it.
For your Tundra with the 5.5 ft bed, Thule offers the following ladder rack solutions:
