Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Thule TracRac replacement hardware kit. This is gonna replace the hardware needed to install the base rails of your TracRac SR Ladder rack on your long bed truck. This is gonna work with the TracRac base rail part number that you see on the screen, as well as the ladder rack model numbers on the screen there as well. So because this is a direct replacement from Thule, you can trust that if you have any of those part numbers this is going to be the hardware that you need. So even if you just need one or two of the components, you'll still have those extras just in case you need any for the future.
On this kit is going to include six of these three inch long socket head cap screws, six of these nylon washers, eight of these 3/8 inch long safety bolts, six of these steel pocket nuts and then 36 of these plastic access plugs. The rubber expansion blocks are sold separately. Those are what fits into your truck bed stake pockets and you can find them here at etrailer using the part number that you see on the screen there but they are not included with this kit. So if you are needing to replace any of the original hardware, this is going to be the kit that you need. And like I said because this is a direct replacement from Thule you can trust all these components are gonna fit in place at the originals.

Worked as described. Allowed me to transfer my rack from my 2001 Ram to my new 2023 RAM, with only minor mods to the rail due to the differences in the pickup beds.
seemed to have gone well installing pocket stake rubbers, bolts and used rack. cinsidering i had to cut rails from 8 ft to 6.5 and deal with fused nuts and bolts. it istalled in under an hour. no complaints besides it raining on me.
also bought the rack knobs. all are nice and work well.
nice arrangement of all the parts needed to mount the rack in truck stake pockets except for the rubber mounting blocks.

The current internet picture and product number is what was delivered ,however not the product I chose according to the pictured item that was on your site 30 days ago . I needed the kit that had the Stake pocket rubbers. Without those this item is useless to me and I will be returning them . Even though the Item was wrong in this case ,it still has been a good experience dealing with your company.

The replacement fastener hardware and rubber blocks for mounting the the stake pockets are sold separately. This is to make it easier to order replacement parts so if you only needed the rubber blocks for example - you do not pay for all the hardware as well, and vice versa. Thanks!
