Does Tonneau Cover Have to Remove from 2014 Ford F-150 to Install Ladder Rack

Will this ladder rack work in conjunction with my truck tool box? If so, can you explain exactly how it works? Thank you again!

To install the T-Rac Pro2 Truck Bed Ladder Rack for Full-Size Pickups # TH37002XT you would have to remove the tonneau cover since this rack wraps around the inside of the bed rails which would interfere with the tonneau cover. With your style of tonneau there isn't a similar ladder rack that would fit with either.
