Can you buy just two of the tie down sliding brackets.

They only come in packs of four from the manufacturer. They are Replacement Load Stops for Thule Aeroblade Load Bars, Ladder Racks, and Thule TracRac CapRac - Qty 4, part # 753-3761. They are compatible with the Thule T-Rac Ladder Racks like part # TH37002XT.
