Features to know about

Enhance Stability on Any Surface: Bow-Tie Base Design

Dealing with soft surfaces that other jacks can't handle? The Scissor Stabilizer Jacks with a Handle come equipped with bow-tie bases that ensure your RV stays steady even on the trickiest grounds. Whether you're on sand, grass, or gravel, these bases provide the reliable stability that typical stabilizers can't offer, making campground setups less tedious.

Adjust with Precision: Height Versatility from 5" to 23-3/4"

Don't let uneven terrain throw off your camping plans. These jacks offer an impressive lift ranging from 5" to 23-3/4", giving you the flexibility to maintain a level RV despite the bumps and slopes. With their straightforward adjustability, you can set up a stable camping environment quickly and easily.

Durability That Lasts: Steel Construction and Black Powder Coat Finish

Worried about wear and tear? Made from rugged steel with an enduring black powder coat finish, these stabilizer jacks are built to resist corrosion and withstand the elements for long-lasting performance. This robust design means less time worrying about maintenance and more time enjoying your adventures.

Lift with Confidence: 10,000 lbs Combined Capacity

Concerned about the weight capacity of your stabilizers? Enjoy peace of mind with these scissor jacks that boast a hefty 10,000 lbs combined capacity. Designed to stabilize rather than lift your RV or trailer, they can handle approximately 2,500 lbs per jack, keeping your setup solid and secure.

Seamless Installation: 8-Hole Top Plates for Adjustability

Installation isn't a hassle with the 8-hole top plates that offer mounting adjustability, making the setup process quick and straightforward. Align them perfectly on any RV or trailer type, ensuring a strong, reliable fit with minimal customization needed.

Effortless Use with Included Handle: Smooth Operation Every Time

Each set includes a handle for straightforward operation, taking the strain out of manual adjustments. Efficiently extend or retract your jacks without hassle, making setup and teardown at your campsite a breeze.

  • Recommended Suspension Lift Kit And Jacks For Livin Lite Quicksilver 8.1 Pop-up Camper
In order to lift your 2016 Quicksilver 8.1 by Livin Lite with a #9 Dexter axle, you will need to use a lift kit such as the Torflex Lift Kit Single Axle # K71-723-01. This kit will lift your camper's frame by 2-5/8" and provide extra ground clearance. All necessary hardware and instructions are included. I am attaching a demonstration video that may help out.

  • Recommended Replacement Scissor Jacks for a 2016 Jayco X17Z
Matt, I'd say yes # UF48-979002 would be a bit overkill. Plus, you only get two jacks in that kit and the other kit # TJSCHD-24-4 you get 4 which is going to stabilize your trailer better. The 10K capacity that # TJSCHD-24-4 has is going to be plenty in my opinion, especially since your trailer only weighs 3,500 lbs.

  • Replacement Stabilizing System Needed For A 2018 Coleman Catalina Travel Trailer
Hi James, What stabilizing system does your Catalina currently have? Do you just have regular scissor jacks like the # TJSCHD-24-4 or do you have a motorized system like the Lippert Ground Control TT # LC672136 or Ultra-Fab # UF39-941705? Let me know which style you'd prefer and I can list out some options and give you my opinion.

  • Recommended Scissor Stabilizer Jacks For A 2019 Grand Design Imagine 2250RK
Scissor jacks like the Ultra-Fab Ultra Scissor Jacks # UF48-979002 you were looking at are designed more for stabilization and less for leveling the trailer because they aren't really designed to hold the weight of the trailer off the ground. Even though you won't be fully lifting the trailer I still recommend getting close to the GVWR of your trailer. The GVWR listed for your 2019 Grand Design Imagine 2250RK is 6,995lbs so with four scissor jacks you could switch to a lower rated option...

The Scissor Stabilizer Jack # TJSC-24, which also comes in a 2-pack # TJSCHD-24 and a 4-pack # TJSCHD-24-4, is a universal fit so you would need to double check our measurements to ensure they fit your travel trailer. When they are collapsed they measure 5" tall and then they can extend up to 23-3/4" tall to help stabilize your trailer. I am attaching a link to our returns policy that you can reference in regards to your question about a possible return.

  • Recommended Scissor Jacks For A Forest River Rockwood Travel Trailer
Scissor jacks don't actually support that much of the trailer's weight, more just the downward force on the trailer from moving around inside of it so the Scissor Stabilizer Jacks w/ Handle # TJSCHD-24-4 you were looking at would be more than adequate. Scissor jacks are only designed to fill the space between your trailer and the ground to provide a stronger base and prevent the springboard effect in your trailer from the weight shifting around. It's very common for people to mistake the...

  • Are etrailer Scissor Stabilizer Jacks A Compatible Replacement For J-2500 Scissor Stabilizer Jacks
I wasn't able to find the bolt pattern for your J-2500 stabilizer jacks, but the great thing about scissor jacks is that if the bolt patterns don't match up you can just unbolt the mounting brackets from the jacks and swap them over to the new jacks to avoid drilling new holes in the frame. The etrailer Scissor Stabilizer Jacks # TJSCHD-24-4 have a combined capacity of 10,000lbs, but this style of jack is only meant to stabilize so you'll only want to lower them until they touch the ground....

  • Stabilizer Recommendation for Small Camper Trailer
Scissor jacks like the part # TJSCHD-24-4 are a great option for stabilizers on a smaller trailer like you have. These mount on the trailer permanently wherease a set of stabilizers like the Ultra-Fab Stackable Stabilizers # UF48-979003 are a great option too but these would require you to store them when not in use. • Will Upgrading To Higher Capacity Scissor Jacks Add More Stability
Most scissor jacks, like the etrailer Scissor Stabilizer Jacks w/ Handle # TJSCHD-24-4, have a weight capacity rating but aren't actually rated to lift the trailer. Stabilizer jacks are only meant to stabilize, meaning that as you lower them you are supposed to stop as soon as they touch the ground.
