Do etrailer Scissor Jacks Get Mounted Diagonally or Perpendicular to Trailer Frame?

Question:
When mounting stabilizer jacks do you mount them diagonally to the frame or perpendicular? Is one way more stable than the other?

Hey Douglas, thanks for reaching out!
Typically scissor jacks like the etrailer # TJSCHD-24-4 you're asking about are mounted perpendicular. I think it has to do more with the orientation of the mounting bracket on the jacks than it does strength.
