I can only rate on the buying and shipping experience. Since receiving the unit, all of South and central WI have been hit with record flooding. I can't even get to my RV yet. Customer service was outstanding on helping me get the correct A/C components. I got a quote from 2 RV dealers who said these are price fixed and cost the same anywhere you buy it from. Etrailer was exactly $467 less than the dealer that's close to my campground spot. And I was going to pick it up from them with no shipping. Thanks for the great sale, service and shipping. It arrived in 2 days !
I purchased an AC unit from you along with the FR49TD thermostat kit. The AC unit is fine except the fan runs all the time. Not sure why. The biggest issue is the thermostat won’t turn on furnace like it is supposed to. I contacted etrailer and Furrion and basically wasn't given much help other than what they read off of the computer. I read where this is a very common problem and would like to know if there is an updated model that fixes issue with the thermostat? Unless this is fixed, I will have to install another thermostat just for the furnace, which I don’t want do and defeats the purpose of buying the kit. I would like a response on a remedy to fix this problem.

We love our new AC unit. Easy to install. Our rv has a thick roof so we ended up using the original four bolts to assemble and had to find some extra foam to seal the two halves together. Nothing difficult. Unit is very quiet and uses minimal power.
