Will The Furrion Chill Cube Work With My Furnace? And What Is The Warranty?

Updated 07/01/2025 | Published 06/25/2025

Question:

Good morning, my Coleman Mach 15 ductedgave up after 14 years. I really interested in this new Furrion Chill Cube 18k btu a nice upgrade for us since we live in S FL. I wondering if this kit will allow me to replace the old Mach 15, control the gas furnace the same way I’ve been doing it for years. I read something that I will need 110 ac volts to control the furnace and they were working in some way to go around that. We normally go boondocking in winter. Also, what is the warranty length and do you know if there is any kind of extended one? Regards

Hey Fernando,

14 years is a good run, but it sounds like an upgrade is needed. The Furrion Chill Cube 18k # FR69TD like you mentioned is a great upgrade replacement system. This system will connect with the AC Unit and your furnace just like your older Coleman Unit did to be able to control both from the thermostat. You would need to re wire into the thermostat but it is definitely doable. The warranty on all Furrion units is 2 years, and I am not aware of an extended warranty that Furrion offers for those.

What kind of trailer do you have that Coleman unit on?
