Hello, neighbors and friends. Steven here with etrailer.com. Let's take a quick look together at our Dometic mechanical thermostat furnace control in black. Now folks, again, this is a mechanical thermostat and it works with your Dometic furnace to control the heat in your RV. Again, it only works with the furnace, it's not made for air conditioners. You get a nice two-year limited warranty with it from the manufacturer.

You get a simple on/off switch up front, and then the lever on the bottom to control hot or cold as far as how much more heat you want. And obviously, you can see inside there, but again, it's mechanical, so it's got a nice coiled spring in there and other components to help it run correctly and efficiently. So, just a real quick look and as far as some quick dimensions, overall on the width, I got about 3 1/4 inches side to side and up and down as well. As far as the thickness, I'm gonna call it 1 1/2. And there are some nine holes on the back.

There's one here and there's an oblong one. About center is about 2 1/2 inches on center. Keep in mind, this oblong one gives you that flexibility to twist it a little bit to make sure that it is square whenever you have it installed on your wall.
