Hi Brad; the Furrion Chill HE # FR32PV worked as a replacement before but we can no longer guarantee compatibility. We found that the majority of the time the plug would line up but the system wouldn't work. Even if it did work, you run the risk of burning up your air distribution box (ADB) and will need a replacement. A complete replacement would then be necessary since the Furrion R410A ADB has been discontinued with everything moving to R32 refrigerant. The same is true for other brands as well.

It is for that reason that I recommend replacing your entire system with a new R32 unit. You can choose from the following:

-Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 15,000 Btu - White - R32 # FR23TD

-Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Manual - 15,000 Btu - Black - R32 # FR75TD

-Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Single Zone - 15,000 Btu - White - R32 # FR83TD

-Furrion Chill HE RV Air Conditioner System - Single Zone - 15,000 Btu - Black - R32 # FR65TD

The new Furrion Chill Cube is also a good option if you want more of an upgrade. It has a variable speed compressor making it incredibly efficient and quiet. It can also be operated via the included remote which acts as the thermostat. We have the following based on color and ducted/ductless:

-Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ductless - 18,000 Btu - Black # FR27TD

-Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ductless - 18,000 Btu - White # FR59TD

-Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ducted - 18,000 Btu - Black # FR39TD

-Furrion Chill Cube RV Air Conditioner w Air Distribution Box - Ducted - 18,000 Btu - White # FR99TD

Hey Brad, did you end up going with one of the new R32 Furrion Chill systems to replace your Coleman Mach unit? I'm curious how the new setup performed for you. Your update could make it easier for others facing the same replacement choice.

@Brad all of those systems above are complete systems aside from the FR32PV so they come with everything you would need to replace your old Coleman setup.

@RobinH My current thermostat controls both the heat strip and the LP gas heat.
