Jeff: Hello everybody. This is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today we're going to take a look at this GSI Outdoors 24-piece 4-person Destination Kitchen Set. Now, this kitchen set will allow you to prepare and eat delicious meals at your campsite. It is a nice compact, lightweight design for easy transport. Total weight on everything is only just under two pounds, about one and three- quarters of a pound.

It does use full-size utensils, which make preparing food easier. On the inside, we're going to show you everything here. We'll go through all the pieces.If you notice the organizer pouch here in the middle, you can actually remove it if you need to, to access everything. It uses hook and loop fasteners to secure it, and you just attach it back and it'll work as your center organizer. This is a 24-piece set, so it includes all these pieces we're going to go through.

The first piece we'll start with is the Mini Cheese Grater right here. Going to zoom in a little bit so we can see it better. But you can see, here's your cheese grater has a nice cover over it. If you pop the cover off, there's your cheese grater. It has a really nice handle to grip.Next thing we're going to have is a Collapsible Whisk.

You need to do any mixing, go ahead and pull that out. You can see right here, it has the two yellow that you just push in to release it, and you'll slide that out, and now you have a nice whisk to do any mixing. When you're done, it's very compact, slides right down in there. Next part we have as a Pivot Spoon. That's the large spoon right up here.

That's a pivot spoon because you can see the handle will actually pivot and lock right onto there. It's a little raised area that'll lock that into place, so it gives you a nice large spoon to use.When you're done, you just pry it back, and then release it, and it'll collapse in half just like that. Have a nice same way, a collapsible spatula. Same way, it has the handle that you just twist, lock it into place, and now you have a nice serrated-edge spatula. Again, when you're done just rotate it back, and slide it right in there. Its straps hold everything in place so it doesn't bounce around. Right over here we have a nice Utility Knife. You can see that if we slide it out, it's got a cover on it. You can slide the knife out. There's your cover. It's a very sharp knife with a nice large handle and, again, a cover to protect it from anybody getting hurt. Just slide that back up into place and it'll hold it there.Now, what's nice over here in this organized pouch that we removed before, this neat little feature is a four-chamber Spicer with an extra pour lid attachment. It might be hard to see, but you can actually unscrew this. In here there's two compartments, one on each side. If you just twist the lid, if you put salt or pepper in there, you can twist it to one side to use that. Twist it around to the other side, and use that side. The same way on the top. You have another two compartments that the lid rotates, so it gives you a total of four different compartments for salt, pepper, or any other spices, and we mentioned comes with an extra pour lid attachment. This little attachment you can put on the top in place of this one so you could actually pour stuff through there. If you're not using it, just put it in the bottom, and then snap on that.It comes with the two Condiment Containers with the caps you can see here that you can put your condiments like ketchup, mustard, or all that in there. Then you can actually flip it open and squirt out what's in there, or you can put a cap on there to seal it. Those just go in the pouches right down there. Now, over here it has a nice 12-piece cutlery set, four spoons, four knives, four forks. You can see they are very large utensils. That's the spoon. There's four of those. Pull out a knife to show you. There's the knife. Very large size. Pull out a fork. Four of each. Here's the nice fork.And it does have a nice Cutting Board. There's your nice flexible Cutting Board. Then for cleanup you have a nice Scrubber, a two-sided scrubber, a nice Camp Towel. Again, it all has its own pouch, so they all have their own areas to stay in just like that. And it's all in this nice nylon carrying case with a zipper three-side closure and a nice handle to carry it with. A few dimensions on this. Overall length of it, one end to the other's about 11 and three-quarter inches. Width of it is about seven and three-quarter inches. Total heighth is only about three-and-a-half inches tall, so very compact. But that should do it for the review on this GSI Outdoors 24-Piece 4-Person Destination Kitchen Set..
