Quickly and easily install a 4-way trailer connector on your vehicle with this custom wiring harness. T-One connector plugs directly into existing wiring - no cutting, splicing or tapping required. Circuit-protected converter guards against shorts.

Installation
This custom-fit T-One connector plugs into your vehicle's wiring harness, which is located behind the driver's-side and passenger's-side tail lights. You will have to remove the tail light assemblies to access this harness.
Once installation is complete, the 4-way flat connector will be stowed beneath your vehicle, near the trailer hitch. A mounting bracket (sold separately) is recommended to keep the connector secure.
It is recommended that you use a small amount of grease on all electrical connections - the plugs on your automobile and the 4-pole connector itself - to help prevent corrosion.
Circuit-Protected Tail Light Converter
A tail light converter is built into this T-One connector. Because most trailers run on a two-wire system - wherein the brake and turn signals are carried on one wire - the separate brake and turn signals from your vehicle's three-wire system need to be combined so they are compatible with the wiring system of your trailer. The tail light converter combines the brake and turn signal functions of your automobile so that they run on one wire to properly activate your trailer's tail lights. Note: This will not affect how the tail lights on your vehicle operate.
This converter safeguards itself and your vehicle against possible electrical shorts and overloads with integrated short circuit protection. Just install the connector as indicated and rest assured that the wiring system of your vehicle will remain feedback-free.

You will need and extra pair of hands to help thread through between bumber and the frame. Be sure to use a wire too.

Fast and easy installThe best easy install around.... only took 15 minutes and that time was mostly spent on taking the tail lights off and putting back on. Having some problems now after several years so might just buy another one!!
excellent product,worked just fime.. if you remove bumper cover[simple] you can attach harness to exicisting wiring for a professional installation.
Very happy with the product. This was a lot easier than I thought. Took more time to take out the tailights than it did to install the harness. All was complete in 30 minutes. Snapped together very easily

The product was exactly like it was descriped. It was literarally plug in and go. It was somewhat difficult to run the trailer wires to the passenger side. But all said and done, it works perfectly.

This product was a delight to install! Everything went as described in the install sheet. It was truly a plug n play install.
I would suggest that a picture of where to 'stick' the control module be included in the instructions, it would have made the install sheet more valuable!.
I ordered a traveling wiring kit for my 2008 honda ridgeline... The package came quickly, ordering and finding this product was very easy. The kit was fantastic! I have wired trailer lights 8-10 times in the past and this was by far the easiest kit I have ever used... great product. Great service. I couldn't be happier, thank etrailer!
Easy ito install - use a peice of wire to pull connectors through openings from beneath car into tail light cavities prior to installing hitch. You can incase wires in plastic flex tubing - if desired - for additional protection.
Ordering and delivery were superb. Order confirmation and notice of shipment the same evening.
The product (trailer tow wiring loom for a Honda Ridgeline) appears of good quality and durable. A handful of wire ties was included, which was nice. The install took about 90 minute and is a fairly obvious operation. Better photos in the instructions would be good. Be sure you know how to unsnap the Honda wire connectors - it is NOT obvious at all - ETrailer has a short video at the product's site showing the proper way to do it and it was a BIG help.
I would buy this product again. And I will be doing business with ETrailer again.
The tow wiring harness for my '06 Ridgeline arrived as promised. Instructions included in the package were so so, but there were YouTube videos that were perfect. Installation was difficult because I wanted the wires routed in protected locations. The right tail lamp wire almost didn't reach because I couldn't get the large connectors through the most efficient route/holes. It just did make it. I also needed more of the large black cable ties. Overall, I would give the product a B+ and the seller an A. No picture because its all buttoned up, so it looks stock.....

Hi David were you able to actually get all the wires routed out of the way of everything - and not exposed during normal use to the vehicle ?? Im curious especially about the way the wires have to cross to both taillight assemblies ?? Please let us know ThanksDaryl
