Hi everybody. Andy here with etrailer.com. Let's take a real quick look at this CURT Dual Connection Socket with bracket. Now I do recommend going through our vehicle fit guide here at etrailer.com to make sure that this is going to work for your particular vehicle. On our vehicle fit guide, you just pop in the year, make and model of your vehicle and our fit guide will confirm if this will fit your vehicle or if we've got something comparable that will work for you. So this is going to give you a four-way and a seven-way socket for your trailer connector.
This is going to fit the US car equipped vehicles with factory tow plugs. So, this is basically going to be a plug and play installation. So as you know, the four way flat output's gonna connect tail lights, brake lights and turn signals. And then the seven way RV blade socket's going to add, is going to add reverse lights, electric brakes, and auxiliary power. And it might be kind of hard for you see, to see, but each of the covers here have a rubber gasket that's going to keep moisture and debris out and they're spring loaded, which is great.
So, when you let it go, it's going to close for a nice seal. You're not gonna have to worry about the sockets being accidentally exposed to elements when you unplug your wiring. So it's gonna keep everything clean and in great shape. The terminals are pre-greased. You could probably see that there from this angle.
So this is terminals are gonna give you reliable connection. And then this included mounting bracket is, I have the socket attached to that bracket, so it's just gonna snap right into place. That bracket, that's obviously going to let you attach the socket to your hitch or bumper with the included screws that you see here. And the bracket is composed of high strength steel and it is got a really nice, looks like durable gloss black powder coat finish. So I think it's gonna do a pretty good job of holding up against the elements.

Nice option to have both types of plugs available. Installation was easy, direct plug into the existing harness.
