It would appear that the 2006 Ridgeline either came with a factory installed 7-Way connector at the back or it didn't. If it isn't present then your model must not have come with it. But you can add one.
To add a 7-Way you will first need to install a 4-Way using wiring harness # 118400. Then you can install 4- and 7-Way kit # ETBC7 to add the 7-Way and retain use of a 4-Way as well. I have linked some videos that show and explain the ETBC7 installation for you.
If you also need a brake controller I recommend the P2 # 90885 because it is easy to set up, easy to use, and it is reliable.
Trailer wiring harness # 118253 does not fit the 2006 Honda Ridgeline.

I have a 2006 Honda Ridgeline, and ir has a 7 pin connector on the back, I bought a kit for a 2010 Honda Ridgeline,. Everything fit but the module, I wonder if you have a harness, adapter, etc . That I can use to plug the module?
