The harness you sent has a round plug were it connects to truck under bed. My tuck has a square plug.

Hey Edward,
The factory connector for a 2003 Ford F-350 7-way socket should be round so it's likely that you're looking at a different wire harness. Could you send me some pictures and I can take a look?
It's also possible that your F-350 wasn't setup with a factory wire harness and you'll instead need to first install a 4-pole connector # C56032 and then install a hardwired 7-way socket # ETBC7 instead of the factory harness plug-in version # C55774 that you ordered.
