Supply Equipment That Requires 20-psi Propane
If your propane equipment is designed to operate at 20 psi, an adjustable regulator gives you a setting you don't need to change. This single-stage regulator is preset at 20 psi, reducing cylinder pressure to the fixed pressure required by compatible high-pressure equipment.
Use a Separate Shutoff Valve
This regulator controls propane pressure, but MEC states that it is not designed to completely shut off propane flow. Your system needs a separate shutoff valve when the propane supply needs to be closed.
