Hi John,
Yes! You can use the MORryde I-Beam Mounted Stabilizer part # MR96RV in addition to your front and back landing gear system. I've linked a photo showing the stabilizer next to the landing gear so you can what it looks like. It's a universal fit for open I-beams so there really aren't any conditions that need to be met except that there needs to be 12" or more between the bottom of the I-beam and the ground so that the stabilizer makes full contact and you get full support when using it.
Are you wanting to use this to reduce movement on uneven ground or are you having too much movement on flat ground?

I added these stabilizers for the rear of our 34’ 5th wheel. They do a decent job of stabilizing the rear. They are easy to use and light weight. A good product for my needs.

Yes, absolutely. This is exactly what we do with our 2026 Grand Design Reflection 295RL. After auto-leveling has been completed, and X-Chocks are installed, I add the MORryde I-Beams in front and back (we have two). Even having one just at the back SIGNIFICANTLY reduced rocking, almost eliminating it.

I am using this on a 5th wheel with hydraulic levelers but before we bought it we had a travel trailer with front and rear electric stabilizers. I used 2x4 lumber to do the same thing these do and it worked great. Just make sure to put them on after the stabilizers are down. These are much lighter, take up less room and work as well or better than the home made ones I have do.
