  I really wish there was a good solution for your problem but with Class I hitches like what you have there isn't a way to use a taller rise ball mount.   Hi Daniel; that information is a good start and with a little more I can help you find the best ball mount to tow a U-Haul trailer. Based on how low the 2020 Kona sits I'm sure you need a ball mount with a few inches of rise. To find the right rise/drop you're going to need two measurements, the hitch height and the coupler height.   You actually will have to be the one to determine the amount of drop you would need but I can easily explain how to do this. You will need to measure from the top of your hitch opening down to the ground and then measure from the bottom lip of your coupler to the ground on your trailer when it is sitting totally level.
