Ball Mount Recommendation for 8 inches Of Rise

Question:
My trailer coupler is at 27inch to the bottom. The hitch on my truck is 19inch so is 8inch too much of a rise to compensate? If so can you make a suggestion of how to modify the coupler height?

8 inches of rise would be exactly what you'd need to tow your trailer level as long as the hitch measurement you took was from the top of the hitch opening to the ground.
For that we have the part # C45112 which has 8 inches of rise and would work well.
