Thanks etrailer,
Thanks for the
help and support.
This 16,000 lb hitch and 30,000 lb ball keep me legal in the weigh stations. Pulling 800 mile runs through the mountains safe and sound.

The hitch ball mount is very well built, and it's a solid build, not hollowed out like most. This item is a buy if you prefer a quality product.

by:

AWESOME Product Looks Great. Worries Free Overkill Mikie likes it !!

by:

This ball mount is exactly what I was looking for. It is far superior to other steel ball mounts that I own. SIGNIFICANTLY a much heavier unit which is what I was looking to purchase.

What is to say? It is what it is.
If you need a heavy duty ball mount with a 6" drop, this works great.

by:

Extremely fast shipping and a super heavy duty hitch what else can you ask for. Highly recommend!!!!

by:

This is an incredibly beefy hitch. The draw bar is solid, not tubular, which inspires confidence, and I'm sure has something to do with its significant weight rating.

by:

Ball mount is great. It is heavy and heavy duty too. Only issue was the part that sticks up above the 2x2 solid slide in, is kinda tall. I had to grind about a half an inch off the top to clear my custom bumper. Other than that its great! If you are looking for heavy duty, that it is.

by:

These are great products.

by:

  • Recommended Hitch, Wiring Harness, and Brake Controller for a 2020 Ford F-150
To add a hitch to your 2020 Ford F-150 you will want to use the Curt Trailer Hitch item # C14017. This hitch is custom fit and bolts directly to your Ford with included hardware. The Curt item # C14017 has a 2" receiver and a maximum gross trailer weight of 10,000 lbs that increases to 12,000 lbs when used with a weight distribution system. This hitch is for trucks without a factory hitch. If your F-150 only has a 4-flat connector or does not have any wiring harness you will want the...

  • Recommended Trailer Hitch Ball Mount Rise for U-Haul Trailer Coupler for 2015 Mazda CX-5
On your 2015 Mazda CX-5, the measurement you need is from the ground to the inside top of the receiver. If you look at the attached video we that measurement listed at 15-1/2 inches so it is different from the 13 inch you referenced. For your 13 inch measurement you will then need a 5 inch rise. I recommend the B&W Heavy-Duty Ball Mount - 5" Rise, 6" Drop - 10-3/4" Long - 16,000 lbs # BWBMHD30014 or the Curt # C45336 and then you will need the # A-90 hitch ball. The pin and clip #...

  • Ball Mount with 5-1/2 inch Drop with At Least 8k Towing Capacity
For a ball mount you'd want the part # BWBMHD30014 which has a 16k capacity and a 6 inch drop. Then for a ball you'd want the # A-90 which has a 10k capacity. There isn't an option with a 5-1/2 inch drop but this is close enough and covers everything else you'd need so it would work well.

  • Longest 2" Hitch Fixed Ball Mount With 15,000LB Capacity and 6" Drop
The B&W Heavy-Duty Ball Mount # BWBMHD30014 is our longest fixed ball mount with a 6" drop and the capacity of 15,000lbs you are needing. It is 10-3/4" from hitch pin center to ball mount center. You will need the 2-5/16" Hitch Ball # BWHB94050 and Pin & Clip # PC3. We do have the Gen-Y Adjustable 2-Ball Mount w/ Stacked Receivers # 325-GH-514 that will give you a length of 12-1/4" from hitch pin center to ball mount. The B&W Heavy-Duty Ball Mount - 5" Rise, 6" Drop - 10-3/4" Long - 16,000 lbs # BWBMHD30014 will accept a 2-5/16 inch hitch ball that has a 1-1/4 inch diameter shank. • Solution for Adding Tailgate Clearance While Ball Mount and Keeping Trailer Level
Getting your trailer as level as possible when it's hooked up to your Ford F-150 is definitely a goal worth working towards and I do have an option that may allow you to achieve this while still gaining the clearance you need for your tailgate. Using a ball mount that doesn't feature a sufficient drop will cause the trailer to ride nose high. If you have a dual axle trailer this will put more weight on the rear axle, leading to uneven tire wear and possibly causing damage if that rear...
