Hello everybody, this is Jeff at etrailer.com. Today, we're gonna take a look at the Replacement Upper Slide Assembly for the Kwikee 42 Series electric RV steps. Now, this part here will replace the complete upper slide assembly on your Kwikee 42 Series electric RV steps. Those steps we do sell separately on our website, they're part number LC372779, and this part here will include the replacement slide assemblies for both sides of the steps. They are a nice ball bearing construction, which allows for nice smooth extension and retraction of your steps, and they do mount using your existing hardware that's on your step now. A few measurements on this.

With the slides fully closed, you're gonna be looking right at 12 inches. If we fully extended them, and you could see they'll extend out once and twice, so there's your full extension, that's gonna give you 25 inches fully extended. The height on these, at the widest point is gonna be right at 2 1/4 inches tall, and the depth of the whole thing is only about 3/4 of an inch. Now, this is for a quantity of two slides. Let's see, that one will go one way, one on the other way, so you have a left and right slide, and again, they slide very easy.
