The waterproof construction of this light makes it ideal for use on trailers that may be submerged, like a boat trailer. The housing and lens are sonically sealed together to create a single unit, which means that water will not get into the light and damage the diodes or circuit board.

    There is a round LED trailer taillight similar to the Fusion LED # STL201XRFHXB that is amber and can be used with a turn signal, with the closest being the GloLight LED Trailer Turn Signal and Parking Light # STL190AB It does not have a reverse light (no round amber lights do) but is a turn signal light. It is 7 inches in diameter and a 3-wire pigtail. In regards to painting the other light, that's something I can't recommend as it may not meet legal requirements.
