Today we're going to be taking a look at the B&W Hitch Helper installation kit for B&W Turnoverball underbed gooseneck trailer hitches, Part Number BWGNXA8030. Here's what it looks like. As you can see, it's painted the same color as the B&W hitch. It's got a nice epoxy finish. It does have some rubber feet that's going to help protect the bed of your vehicle. It's made out of a durable steel. The thumbscrew that adjusts our height is a large plastic screw that's going to be easy to grip onto.

It works really nicely. This is going to eliminate the need to use an overhead lifting device to help pull your center section into place. This could make it a one-person job by holding this up while you're on the bottom side putting in your bolts and tightening it up. Now that we've gone over some features, let's go ahead and show you how it operates. The first thing we're going to do is we're going to take our Hitch Helper and we're going to set it into place. Now we'll take our center section and we'll slide our pin back out of the way, and we'll slide it up into position.

We can release our pin, and that will hold our center section into place. Now we can run up our thumbscrew here and draw our hitch up into place. Now that we have it run up nice and tight, you can see it's going to fit nice and flush against the floor and it's going to help us to be able to line up our bolts on the bottom side. Now we can place our bolts into our center section, and we'll tighten them up. Once we have it tight up into place, we can go ahead and loosen up our thumbscrew, then we'll go down to the bottom and release our pin, and we'll set this aside and we're doing with our Hitch Helper.
