Hi, there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com. Today we're gonna take a quick look at this Lippert set of replacement window release keys. Now these keys are going to replace the window release tools for the window on your RV entry door. These are a direct replacement from Lipper, so you can trust they are gonna work for your Lipper RV entry doors. We do have a diagram here from the instructions, so you can kind of get an idea of how these are gonna be used on your window. We do have the full instructions available on the product page in one of the expert answer questions.
So, if you are needing the full instructions, we do have those available for you, but if you're just needing the replacement tools, these are going to be exactly what you need. There's gonna be 16 of them, which is the number that you need to get all the way around your window to release those tabs to make sure that you're able to remove your window, put the new one in, that sort of thing. the release keys worked perfectly - made it very simple to remove the old window with no damage to either the window or the door. Also - etrailer is great to work with. I've ordered several items from them over the last couple of years and they always provide excellent service and support.

Didn't work. MY trailer is only a couple years old. I spent the $$ for the tool in lieu of breaking the window but the "tool" did not release about 4 tabs, causing the plastic clips in the frame to break, rendering the window unusable, or likely to leak at best. I would have been better off not waiting weeks for delivery and simply taping and punching the glass out and removing the frame. Complete waste of $$ & time. I could add picts of the broken frame tabs but that would waste more time than this review.

Did what they needed to buy broke a couple clips on the frame getting the window out. May have been user error.

I bought a couple things for my RV. both times the products came quickly and it was exactly what I wanted. Customer service was also very good. I changed out my Entry door window to clear tint. Much better than the standard glass that you can not see thru.
