Well not sure if you answered all of my question from others comments one in particular about a 2000 country coach intrigue his was out of date as mine is a 1999 intrigue will the replacement slides work. Also there is an upper and lower and one more I was thinking that there is only 2 sets of slides on the 42 series steps.. Thanks

@JeffM with it being a 1999 I reached out to Kwikee to confirm. I am still waiting for a response from their tech, I will let you know as soon as I receive that answer.

@JeffM I just heard back from Kwikee, they are requesting pictures of the steps and the measurements to ensure you are getting the right parts, can you please send those to me?

@PatW Let me breakdown the parts a little better: #1 Top-step slides (short set) # LC97WD These are the ball-bearing rails that bolt directly to the TOP tread and ride inside the upper slide assembly that’s fixed to the step housing. If you’re replacing the top slides, use the “Top Step Ball Bearing Slides” set; they attach along each side of the top step and telescope within the fixed upper channels. #2 Upper slide assembly (fixed channels for the top step) # LC369690 This single long channel assembly mounts to the inside walls of the step “box” (one on each side on the 42). The top-step slides above engage and roll within these channels. If you’re replacing this piece, it’s the “Replacement Upper Slide Assembly” and it stays with the housing, not the step tread. #3 Bottom-step slides (long set) # LC47ED These are the longer ball-bearing rails that mount between the LOWER tread and the structure above it. One rail runs down each side; the fixed half bolts to the underside/side of the upper frame, and the moving half bolts to the lower tread so it can glide out and back. Lippert lists these as “Lower Step Ball Bearing Slides.” Let me know if you were able to figure out where the # LC369690 is on the inside of the box.
