This is going to replace the pin that secures the idler head assembly to the awning arm for your Solera RV awning. This is going to work for all Solera RV awnings. Perfect fit. However my original idler pin was not bent like I had thought. Replacing the pin didn't fix the wobble in the awning arm, but replacing the three screws that attached the end cap did. My OEM assembly lacked a wrist pin inside the end cap. I installed one for added security above having just the wax screw retainer.

    Since you were looking at the Regal style idler head # LC672052 I'm assuming you need to replace the idler head pin on your Solera awning. You can remove the old pin and install # LC27WD for a replacement. If by key you mean a cotter pin, then yes assuming that is the style you have. Otherwise it will be a wax screw. Make sure to inspect the head for other possible damage. Lippert recommends replacing the entire idler head to ensure everything aligns correctly.

    Hello Kyle. It is possible to replace the Idler Head Pin # LC27WD by itself. That said, Lippert does recommend replacing the entire idler head, just to be sure everything will align correctly and work together smoothly. If the pin was damaged, it is likely there is damage to the head as well. For a whole replacement head we have the Idler Head for Solera Power RV Awnings # LC672052 which will fit all of the regal-style Solera power awnings.
