Replaces 1 retaining washer needed for the pitch arm assembly on your Solera RV awning.Expensive as all get out and you need three of them so it cost $63 for these little parts which is a total rip off. It’s not E-trailers fault it’s proprietary from Solara.
Priced alittle high but worked,you maybe able to find these at the hardware store
I know it’s lipert that puts the price on these. ,but what a rip off!!!
The pitch arm cane quickly. However, we did have to hire a service tech to help install it.
Exactly what I needed.
overpriced for a lock washer, but it is what I needed in a hurry to get back on the road. perfect fit for the solera awning, could not find the correct size in hardware stores in sae or metric.
Pricey but works like OE
Needed to repair my canopy pitch arm. However I had to pay a ridiculously high price to obtain it.

The part is still working fine. But my opinion still holds. The price is ridiculously high.
Quick service, correct product.
Very expensive washer
It was great until Hurricane Ian destroyed it.
Delivery was delayed but timely however, the charge for a simple retaining washer was exorbitant.
I ordered (1) package of replacement retaining washers. (Yes, plural washers). I received exactly one small Washer. Works out to about $xx per washer. Next time I'll go to the hardware store and get a .x cent washer.
Fits perfectly. Looked all over [retail store] and [hardware store] for these and never the right size. Loses 2 stars for the outrageous price.

Exactly like the original retaining was hers
These are absolutely ridiculously priced, but had to have it and couldn’t find it anywhere else. I tried a few different similar versions but they didn’t fit properly.
Not etrailers fault
Way to much money for two little washers. My husband thought there was 6 in a bag so he ordered two. Needed more so went to town and got a hundred for under five dollars.
These worked well although they r pricey
Arrived earlier than expected, replaced easily. Faster, easier and way less expensive than a full arm replacement at rv stores.
Exact same as original equipment.
