Replaces 1 retaining washer needed for the pitch arm assembly on your Solera RV awning.Great item, but very expensive for what it is. This is not some proprietary specially engineered retaining washer, but a common retaining washer available at hardware stores everywhere.
I think it’s a total ripoff to pay $[XX] for one, I mean one retainer washer. I thought there would be 10 washers for that price. I called etrailer’s customer service and was told that was the price set by Solera. It’s disgusting to pay an outrageous Price for one 29cent Chinese product.
Exactly what I needed.
One star because i did not receive the item. I received the pitch arm but not the retainers. The label on the box did show “box 2 of 2” but only one box was delivered.
I can’t believe that I payed $25.00 apiece for a product that was advertised that I needed but I can get at a hardware store for 25 cents. I’m going to use them but man o man what a rip off. It won’t happen but in my opinion a rebate would be warranted but in the end I’ll look for parts elsewhere if I need something.

Perfect replacement part
Hello Carol. Yes, I did receive the one star nut. It cost me $XX.00. Granted, it was my fault for not checking for sure, but I thought it meant for 1 bag, not just one single star nut. I found the same item on the [online] site for $X.00.

Worked great but not made out of very strong material
Expensive as all get out and you need three of them so it cost $63 for these little parts which is a total rip off. It’s not E-trailers fault it’s proprietary from Solara.
Priced alittle high but worked,you maybe able to find these at the hardware store
overpriced for a lock washer, but it is what I needed in a hurry to get back on the road. perfect fit for the solera awning, could not find the correct size in hardware stores in sae or metric.

Needed to repair my canopy pitch arm. However I had to pay a ridiculously high price to obtain it.

The part is still working fine. But my opinion still holds. The price is ridiculously high.
I know it’s lipert that puts the price on these. ,but what a rip off!!!
The pitch arm cane quickly. However, we did have to hire a service tech to help install it.
I ordered (1) package of replacement retaining washers. (Yes, plural washers). I received exactly one small Washer. Works out to about $xx per washer. Next time I'll go to the hardware store and get a .x cent washer.
These are absolutely ridiculously priced, but had to have it and couldn’t find it anywhere else. I tried a few different similar versions but they didn’t fit properly.
Not etrailers fault
Way to much money for two little washers. My husband thought there was 6 in a bag so he ordered two. Needed more so went to town and got a hundred for under five dollars.
Delivery was delayed but timely however, the charge for a simple retaining washer was exorbitant.
