Yes ma’am/sir on my unit for some reason my roll pin broke along with the end of end cap. Can I get that roll pin at a hardware store? I have the new end cap that purchased from you all.

Welcome back Lee. There's two pins that work with the Replacement Roller End Cap item # LC52NX you purchased and they're not the type you can pick up at a local hardware store. Which one you need is going to depend on which side of your awning has a broken pin.
The Replacement Drive Head Pin item # LC68TF is the one you'll need if you're replacing the pin on the right side of your RV's awning as you're looking at from the outside of your RV.
The Replacement Idler Head Pin item # LC27WD is for the left side of your awning.
