Hi there, I'm Michael with etrailer.com, today we're gonna take a quick look at this Lippert Replacement Idler Head for your Solera Power RV Awnings. This is going to replace the white Regal Idler Head for your Solera Electric Awning. The Regal-style head does not have a Lippert logo on the front here, so make sure you're getting the right one. And if you're not familiar with which of your heads on your Awning is the idler head, if you're looking at the Awning, the idler head is gonna be on the left, it does not have the motor in it, it's just going to allow that to move freely so it's just holding up that other end of your awning. So if you are needing to replace that Regal-style idler head, this is gonna be exactly what you need. This is gonna work with all Solera 12-volt electric RV awnings with the Regal-style heads.

Because this is a direct replacement from Lippert, the original manufacturer of your Solera Awning you don't have to worry about compatibility issues or anything like that. It is gonna go right in place of the original. The hardware to get this installed is not included, but you should be able to reuse that original hardware once you take off that original idler head. And again, this is just gonna be the idler head. If you do need the drive head, that is sold separately, you can find it here at trailer.com using that part number that you see on the screen there.
