This is going to replace the head pin needed for your Solera Power Awning Gear Drive Head. this was a perfect fit for our broken drive pin. for our application i should've ordered one of the E clips as well. the factory doesn't have one next to the gear drive. no problem ran to hardware store and on our way! easy installation. dont be afraid of replacing this part on your own.
It's the needed part that drives the Lippert Solera awning. I could actually find the needed part on the etrailer web site while the Lippert web site was impossible to navigate.
Great replacement part, fit perfectly. We were away camping when the pin snapped. Tried an RV dealer near the campground but they said I would have to buy the whole motor head assembly and it would take a week to 10 days to get it. I went online to your website ordered the pin and it was delivered to the campground the next day. I am a repeat customer and have always been very satisfied with the items that I have bought. You were a life saver my awning was broke I received no support from my dealer or the manufacturer I called ETrailer and Tiffany was able to find the correct part and next day shipped to me to make the repairs.

Excellent replacement for my Grand Design solara awning. After hitting a tree getting into a tight spot.etrailer had plenty of parts with videos to give me the confidence to take the drive head apart, saving me hundreds of dollars in the project. Awesome!! I was skeptical at first because of the price difference in my local rv parts retailer and this place, but I was blown away at how fast they shipped my order, I believe I even received it earlier than expected! Would recommend 1000%!
Worked perfectly! I tapped the hole to use a 8-32 machine screw instead of the self tapping that was used originally. I'm not crazy about the way the awning is designed but this was a direct replacement for the part and saved me from replacing the whole thing.
Right part and correct fit to fix my awning that was damaged in a wind gust.

I originally ordered the wrong part. I called customer service and got instant help in ordering the correct part. Arrived on time in 2 days. I always enjoy doing business with etrailer
I made a bone head mistake and ran the awning into the gutter on the house. I zip tied the arms on both ends after taking it out a foot. Supported the awning and took out the screw through drive pin and then the bolt holding the motor to the awning arm. I could see the drive pin was bent. Replaced it and put it back together and all is good. I also replaced the front head cover as it broke off. Works good now
I have searched for the drive pin head at other places and couldn’t find anything. Went to etrailer and had it ordered in about 5 minutes. Thank you
