This works great! Easy to install. I would ask that a small tube of dielectric grease be included.

I ordered and paid for expedited shipping. Although I have finally received my product it is 2 weeks or longer past the time I needed it. I realize that shipping is not always your issue but I started receiving “how was your product” and “rate your product” literally weeks before I received it. I had a time frame that I would have time to do this job and that time frame has come and went a long time ago. If you guys can’t handle the logistics, use [online vendor] to market your goods.
The product itself is quality and works as advertised. Mine didn’t come with the cover plate. Shame on me for not reaching out to etrailer, I assumed I misread the product and bought the cover plate off Amazon. Don’t be like me and pay another $7 you shouldn’t have had to.
Easy Peasy install! Knock out the useless factory cover and thread the wires in, mount the connector to the truck bed and route the wires.
Recommend having the spare tire out of the way and getting some of the dielectric grease for the connection underneath. This kit has everything you need to get the job done. Very Happy etrailer sells this.

Super easy install, takes like 10 minutes tops. Included all the screws and zip ties you might need.
Used to to wire in my FourWheel Hawk camper on my new 2024 Chevrolet 2500hd, very easy to use and eliminates running wire from camper to truck battery. Since I converted my 12 volt batteries in camper to lithium, I do not tie them into truck battery.

Has been working for a year with no problems, use it to run the camper clearance and running lights. Also use the 12 volt supply to run refrigerator when traveling, plug it into lithium batteries when camping.
Really simple and straight forward install. Didn't have to drop the spare tire or remove a tail light. My truck had the hole pre-drilled so it was a simple remove the cover in the bed, route the wires, make the lower connections and done.
On-time delivery, nicely packaged and easy installation
Easy install the only thing that would make the kit better is to supply dielectric grease along with it
Great price, same as factory equipment, comes with adaptor plate to match factory filler plate. Installed on my 2024 Silverado 2500

Hey Lucas. Install looks great! What kind of camper are you towing?
Product was a great factory fit for my 2022 GMC 2500hd. Install was straightforward. A little dielectric grease on the connections and zip ties to hold up the extra length and we were all set. The toughest part was trying to get the spare tire down to get more working room as the key fitting for the tire was corroded and had to use spray to loosen it up!
Fit perfectly, easy to install, plug and play. 20 minute install.
Fits perfectly in the bed after blank-off cover removed. Easy installation!
Plug and play, worked as advertised, the cover plate works better than having the never needed 4 prong plug, should make them available at local distributors.
I already had a wye in my wiring harness with a wire that was meant to have a plug attached, I simply unplugged the factory wire and added this new harness, no need to disconnect the bumper plug.
GMC spent more money than I did supplying the harness and dummy socket, they should have just installed the working socket…oh well.
Good idea to use the grease to prevent corrosion.
Put this harness in in preparation for a fifth wheel. The only way this install would have been easier is if I had my son in law do it. Very easy install.
Works great,took about an hour to install. The video is right, spare tire removal would have made it easier.

I took no more than an hour to completely install. The under the bed wiring was exactly as it needed to be to join in the wiring. It looks factory installed.
One year review - This harness has lived up to my expectations. You know it's quality-built when you don't need to think about it. When I hook up my fifth wheel to the truck, it simply works...every time. What else can I say? If you need this harness, you won't be disappointed.
Shipping was fast, the etrailer video help give me the confidence to install myself. But to be honest the extension is well made and self explanatory to install. Works prefect.
Simple Plug and Play installation. It really cant get any easier than this.

I added this wiring harness to the inside of my truck bed and couldn’t be happier. I have a fifth wheel RV so this addition kept me from having to run the RV’s cable over the tailgate.
