Hello, i have a BW Companion hitch that fits in a square gooseneck hitch. I have a 2026 Silverado 3500 without the towing package. How can I make this hitch work?

Hey Dave, congrats on the new truck! Since you have the B&W Companion item # BWRVK3500 or the sliding Companion item # BWRVK3400-5W, you'll need the B&W Turnoverball Underbed Gooseneck Trailer Hitch w/ Custom Installation Kit item # BWGNRK1020. This gooseneck hitch is custom fit for the 2026 Chevrolet Silverado 3500's without the tow package. It fits both the long and standard bed models.
To make towing with a 5th wheel easier, I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness w/ 7-Pole Connector - 7' Long item # C53CR. This harness puts a 4-way and 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.
