Question:
Will the BandW Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider - Dual Jaw - 18,000 lbs fit on the rails I already have in my 2021 GMC 2500. I currently have a Reese 16K hitch.

Yes, it will! The B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch w/ Slider item # BWRVK3270 attaches to industry standard 5th wheel rails. Since you're driving such a newer truck and using a Reese 16k hitch already, I seriously doubt the rail system you have is old enough to not be compatible with the Patriot hitch.
To make towing with a 5th wheel easier, I recommend adding the Curt 5th Wheel/Gooseneck Custom Wiring Harness item # C53CR. This harness puts a 7-way connector in the bed of your truck and allows you to keep the one on your bumper. This makes hooking up to your 5th wheel trailer easier and more convenient.

Hey, how did the B&W Patriot hitch fit on your existing rails in the GMC 2500? It sounds like it should have matched up easily with your Reese setup. Sharing how it worked could help others checking rail compatibility for newer trucks.
